Roös Brut Sparkling Rosé Blend

Drank 4/29/29. Decent pairing with veggie frittata courtesy of Wine Spectator, but actually preferred the pairing with the whipped ricotta spread I served on the side.

Nose of strawberry, and cranberry. Nicely balanced red fruit with under ripe strawberry, cherry, mineral, medium effervescence, and just a hint of sweetness on the palate. Medium finish. A nice sparkling rose, providing a lower cost alternative to many French sparklers. A crowd pleaser.

Yup, as refreshing as ever. Nice way to bring in the new year.

Not usually a fan of prosecco or rose but this is a fabulous mix of both. Beautiful strawberry and a honeyed sweetness on the nose.. The palate has fresh fruit, balanced acidity and a touch of sweetness.. Very refreshing.

Eh... Not my favorite. Cool bottle though. TW $20.39

Rec at Total Wines based on my preference to Moet Nectar rose, this is not comparable.

Sparkling rose that's not too sweet, went well with the beet salad, mozzarella gazpacho and the Kind pizza.
