Great acidity. Good mineral water nose with a hint of pineapple. Complete absence of buttery or oaky finish. Very pleasant and crisp.

Michelle and Jim brought it to my soirée. Got at Vone. It's the same as the winery's more expensive bottle.

2015 vintage. I got the lemon, some spice like Monterrey chards, apple, and a bit of melon. Some sourness almost akin to the sourness of Chablis. Clean crisp finish.

Jul 24th, 2016v.2015 stainless steel & neutral French oak fermentation. Predominantly native yeast strains, full ML fermentation. All Edna Valley AVA, super cool-climate character from the Central Coast of California. Fresh cream and lemon-curd aromas, smooth palate, bright acid, complete. (We grow & make this wine, and it is in heavy rotation at my house.)
