Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Fruit forward

French, Hungarian and American Oak, separately aged then blended. It is oaky. Good steakhouse fare.

Blackberry, mocha, dark chocolate, smoke, raspberry, cherry and oak. Full-bodied and moderate tannins.

Smooth fruity goodness. Perfect spicy food match.

blackberry, strawberry, wine is firm but smooth, light acids. color deep dark purple.

Took sometime to open up, very little fruit and some tannins. Went good with barbecued hanger steak.

Pleasant, but lacks complexity

Nearly violet color and fruit forward but not a ton of depth. Tannins with a bit of a bite - probably needed to sit out a while.
