Not as sweet as most Chardonnays. I wouldn't say it's my favorite, but it's still pretty good.

Ruby rusty red; blue and dark and even dried fruits on the nose; some complexity on the palate including smoked melted hardened candy; medium finish and high alcohol. Looking out over Black Hills scenery makes up for the wine!

Great woody chardonnay! Strong buttery nose, lots of vanilla and red apple. Residual sugar on the palate, about 12-15 g/L. Very round overall, a great example of American oak aged chardonnay.
