Light tawny colored. Beautifully layered and intense aromas of cranberry, roses, ceder, mushrooms and forest. Feels a little bit like waking up hungover, the tannins and dryness makes for good pairing oppurtunities. Some bitternes evolving om the finish. I would save for 5+ years.
