Sweet, dark red fruit and an almost garnet color. A little blueberry woven in with the red fruit on the palate, moving toward medium acidity. Some pepper, spice, tar and a hint of citrus. Lives somewhere between the Old World and New.

Aug 15th, 20172015. Forward, juicy New World fruit at first but with air and chilling it down a 'lil, shows some guts. Looking forward to popping corks on their other bottlings.
