The newly-released 2004 Gloria Ferrer Carneros Cuvée is a lively blend of 53% Pinot Noir and 47% Chardonnay. I spent a full day touring the facility and estate vineyards and was impressed by the care and labor that goes in to crafting their sparkling wines. The 2004 displays ripe red fruit and pleasing biscuit notes held aloft in a creamy stream of bubbles. On the palate, it's fresh and vibrant, I'd love to revisit this after its had time to further develop. 12.5% ABV | Sample

Notes of almond, biscuit, saltines, and other bread help strengthen the complexity of this zesty lemony California sparkling wine

dry enough for nicole, but not tooo dry. The rosé version of this is even better in her book :). i agree… hints of green apple and dry enough.
