Sam has been pushing the Cava train lately and surprise surprise, it really is good! This Gran Reserva is like sticking your nose into a basket of freshly baked brioche, and then treating your mouth to golden apples, limes and honeysuckle. Muy bueno.

Nice intensity a moderately complex nose with aromas of rye bread, cookies, green apple, fresh pear, lemon peel and hints of neutral white flowers.
Dry in the mouth with a medium acidity. It has a medium- body with a creamy mousse and medium+ intensity flavours. Long finish.
