orange peel right off the bat. citrus, nutty under note. lemon verbena, melon. some kind of savory herb. saline. seamless- every component makes sense. medium + acid. delicious.

Surprisingly full for a mountain wine. Lovely palate of white fruit with zippy acidity and a mildly bitter finish. Really out plays the $. Seek out!

Super fruity, floral and intense. Tropical notes dominant. Long and ample. Complexity should come with aging. Impressive wine. If only I liked the fruit profile more...

Beautiful wine. Electric grapefruit, mineral, attractive bitterness, citrus pith. ⚡️😍

#Wine A jammy, acidic, bright, fruitful, with a mouthful of blackberries, and plums that are perfectly ripe. Gamay is my everyday go to light bodied wine. It’s like your favorite pearl earrings that you just can’t stop wearing ✨ Happy heart as I ventured out with this random buy. Mom approved too! (she’s not someone who drinks often - tis’ good to find wines that she enjoys, and I now know what to stock up on)✨

#Pairing I started off by having this wine with a variety of berries! Then moved on to a steak dinner with brussel sprouts.

A bit green, still, this will be brilliant when it settles. Mountain spring water, massive acid, lime, sea salt, starched linen. Wowza.
