What a value. Deep, smokey red fruit. Supple texture.

May 7th, 2014Vincent Grosjean offered us this bottle last year as it was our favorite from our visit. Tough to objectively taste a wine after that. One thing is certain; this is a gorgeous, delicious mountain flower. Sweet and earthy. Easy to miss its subtle beauty and balance.

Feb 7th, 2014The 2011 Tzeriat has a uniquely plummy deep fruit and great texture and balance; in 3 years or so when it reaches tannic maturity it will be a terrific wine. Currently a little tight on the finish but feTuring enough fruit to overcome that easily.
