A somewhat vinous, somewhat cidery expression of Brut Rosé that almost seems like a cross between a Pet Nat and a Bugey-Cerdon-style wine. Watermelon agua fresca, strawberry and bing cherry notes along with a good dose of rose petals and baking spice precede a palate reflective of these aromatics paired with a steely-minerality. Really cool.
