This producer never fails to deliver quirky but beautifully made wine with an abundance of character. Predominantly schiava with a motley assortment of other unidentified varietals. Fresh strawberry with an earthy, herbal quality and a distinctly saline finish.

One of those rare bottles that unleashes the magical force as soon as the cork is pulled out. The aroma and the color are impossibly pure and ethereal.

Really takes a while to open up - almost unrecognizable at first. Give it a few hours and it becomes juicy, zesty and a fun food wine
