A lovely Bella Oaks Cabernet from Heitz. Lovely black fruit and Black earth aromas in the nose, palette and finish. A moderately long finish. Lovely balance and a very good food wine.

Tasted 7/2020 It took awhile to truly open up, which I always find interesting on old Ca Cabernets. Thinking that they are tired, but the good ones seem to have staying power. This was a gem. Soft but great cab flavor. Bella Oak 92
