Always liked CA ports. Very dark in color, jammy fruit and oak on the nose. Palate is port-like (go figure?) with nice stewed red fruits, just a touch of heat from the alcohol, but not too much. This will be a multi-day bottle, notes will be added to as we progress to the end.
