If you like Tavel Rosé, you should probably add Bordeaux Rosé to your list. The typical reds in Bordeaux make a richer-style rosé that has a much lower cost than Tavel (usually half the price). Dark cherry, red plum, violets... often without the savory and garrigue components of Tavel.
