Never would have guessed 5 years old. Aussie, that I'd have guessed.

A beautiful deep inky garnet. Soft and lovely mouthfeel. Stewed plum, leather and spice. Fantastic with grilled steak and homemade basil potato fries.

Wow. Had this Aussie Shiraz blend with an Aussie Wagyu Burger. Except for Grange-ish level, I often find Aussie reds the same and fat. But this one has the depth, character, and length that took my awesome burger to a new level. Half bottle (shucks).

2010 vintage drunk in December 2015. Excellent. Just beautiful. High acid. Wouldn't drink it again for another five years to see how it develops.

Jammy current, blackberry. Nice spice and great acid to help balance it out.
