Jan 27th, 2016So first of all, I had a glass of this, it was very tight and had to leave it over night. Once I poured it the second night it was very intriguing. Starts with a heavy mechanical nose with very soft berries to finish. As it hits the palate you get a nice hints of cherry, pepper and minerals. Has a nice balanced finish with a tannin that likes to linger.

Smoky, rich flavor. Berry on the nose with smoke/balsamic? Dark cherry finish. This wine taste like meat.
