One of the most elegant 10 year California Cabernets I've had. Blackberry, boysenberry, black & bing cherries, star anise, espresso liqueur, a touch of tobacco leaf, black tea, molasses and pure elegance. Worth the wait. Enjoy now as it's not going to improve. It's just the other side of it's peak. This is a pair with braised short ribs.
