Les Chazots Bourgogne Chardonnay

Lemon, slight hazelnut, and saline minerality. Good entry level Bourgogne Blanc with good length. Not the most complex chard, but well balanced and pleasing.

Much better after a slow-ox on day two. Lemon pith, cashew, pebble. Decent acid.

Nice texture, toasty, tart green apple, honey, bright acidity.
