Les Fairendes Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Morgeot Chardonnay

1/2 bottle. premoxed. Why did I bother?

Apricot. A touch of strawberry juice. Great minerality. Green apple jolly rancher.

Way alive, massive acid, caramelized citrus.

Needs to warm up and open up. And when it does, nice balance and structure. Not a huge amount of fruit. Very dry nose. Had with oysters with blood orange, tarragon, coconut and balsamic mignonette. Tasty

Easy breezy C-M. Delicious.

Has some oak and Fat but with great cut. The fruit is there but not super expressive. Give it a few years.
