Meaty

Soft at first on the palate, but later revealed sharp berry overtones and a more muscular structure. Part of a magnum we bought at the Red Cross gala.

Nose is to die for. Bouquet of floral and exotic fruit. A Pinot with a lot of style and finesse.

Lots of cherry, earthy notes and mushroom. Nice and funky with well integrated oak

Great Pinot, Joseph Phelps always over delivers and this is solidly priced. Paired with pork chop. Decanted, opened up over the hour we consumed.
