Very nice Mosel Riesling with some good bottle age. Pretty fresh on the nose, no real hint of the more oxidative flavors of age. On the palate this is wide ranging and mouth filling. Lacked a bit of acid on the cooler side but once it warmed a bit this sang. Very long finish with an interesting saline / slightly metallic persistence a few seconds after a sip. Had with a variety of seafood at Le Bernadin and was a great pairing to all.
