15' Kenzo Yui Rose. As far as Rose goes this is a beast of a wine. This is not a wine I would pull out just to sip on. Front and middle of your palate are full of bright/ crisp Cabernet fruit. The acidity on the back of your palate... cheese plate please.

There's a lot of complexity, which was not helped by the searing acidity in my ceviche pairing. One of the previous TNs mentions a cheese plate and I think that sort of richness might do well here.
