South Island Pinot Noir

Aromas of strawberry, nutmeg, and smoke start things off. Super jammy on the palate - just like you're making up some strawberry preserves. Acid seems a little disjointed with the profile of the wine. Medium weight tannins.

For some reason I had low expectations of this but Jake and I both had "oooooo wow that's really good" responses after our first sip.

Clear burgundy color. Cherry, strawberry licorice, and a bit of heat. Deep red fruit and some earthy tones. Bright fruit, simple mostly.

Yummy.

Slightly sharp/acidic, but definitely a strawberry aroma and light. Smooth finish after the sharpness.

Great fruity notes--cherries and plums in particular.

Great alone or with meals

Dry yet very smooth like a Russian olive. Subtle touch of cottonwood. Hint of citrus.
