A pleasant surprise relative to expectations for a KB. Lots of earthy bramble and sour cherries with some rose and cinnamon on the nose. Finishes a little hot. Still prefer the Pisoni version.

Drinking beautifully at 6 years. Wonderful balance of fruit, silky tannins and great acidity.
