Light straw-hued. Aromas and flavors of banana, grapefruit, minerals, pear, and yeast. Medium body and medium-plus acidity. Subtle nose with a soft palate and a crisp, dry, lengthy finish. Elegant yet easy and approachable. For me, this would be an excellent introduction to white wines for the beer lover.
