Le Clos du Bois de Menge Gigondas Grenache Blend

Red fruited and structured. Meat, iron, a bit of saccharine. Good.

Strong Grenache flavor, but really not that tasty. Lacking the complexity that Grenache and Syrah should have.

Not bad but not good 75/25 Grenache Syrah Gigondas blend. Very little complexity can hardly detect the Syrah.

Lovely fruit on the nose. A bit abrupt with too little follow through. A decent table wine without much range. Would pair well with white meat, light snacks. Had it with guacamole and it was ok.

Very fruity on the nose. Everything you expect from a great grenache.

Very soft tannins, flabby

L’ho aspettato piu, ma era piu leggere. Mancava il corpo come Chateu nuf pape. Non poterrei aspettare molto perche era sotto 20 a trader joe.
