Capa y densidad media baja, en nariz especias, frutas rojas frescas, notas de café y vainilla. En boca potente de entrada, buen secante, tanicidad y muy buen final, largo y con notas amargas de regaliz negro.

A wonderfully complex Rioja made in the modern style. High extraction and oak, but there is enough acidity and evolving flavors to keep things focused and interesting. I would characterize the overall style of the wine as medicinal. Paired perfectly with our lamb barbacoa. A great modern expression of Rioja.

Fruit forward with elegant tannins. Medium to full bodied wine. Black and red fruits bursting with flavor with a nice mineral component in the backend. Very nice surprise.
