The lush fruit calmed down after 30+ minutes and the tertiary notes started to come about. Add some black tea to the mix made me a happy camper. I would score it higher if the finish was a little longer. No hurry to open this.

Moss, wet forest floor, mushroom. this wine has entered its second transition as primary fruit is fading slowly into secondary smells. Still a good tannic backbone but just in a great place in its evolution. Time to drink

10 years on tasting. Very approachable. Great resolve and surprisingly un-oaky.perhaps a touch simple?
