Opaque color. Intriguing bell pepper, asparagus, cabbage and truffle notes. Savory earth, mint, all kinds of dried herbs, lavender and tobacco leaves. Didn’t get much fruit on this one. Elegant. The tannin is moderate and quite soft. Lovely long herbal finish. Lots of potential and will revisit in 3-5 years. 14.5% abv

Beautiful Cabernet Franc. Certainly amongst my favorite wines that I've had this year. Bright, rich and full of red and black fruits. Drinking beautifully in its youth but showing incredible potential for extended cellaring.
