Pays d'Oc Cabernet Sauvignon

Pretty light, acidic, not very dry

Excellent and easy drinking. Ripe red berries, maybe a touch too strong on the cherry, but balanced with a pleasant earthiness and vanilla from light oaking. Cranberry/lingonberry, Johannisbeere, bell pepper, and very slight raspberry. Moderate acidity and a smooth, full-bodied feel.
