An enchanting pink of the palest complexion. Strawberries, watermelon, sugar, and dried roses on the nose. I expected a more than above average Rosé from these guys but this is a bit special. Light bodied, almost ethereal in nature, there’s plenty of nice acidity and a graceful mouthfeel. The sweetness provides good balance with the acidity. On the palate, there’s very pleasant stone minerality, more exuberant citrus fruit, and cinnamon. A touch of tart apple on the medium finish. Really, really nice stuff.

Pale strawberry in color. Savory red fruit, strawberries and raspberries-lemon custard on the outer edge. Very good.
