Perfectionist Red Rhone Blend

Smooth and velvety upfront and then you get the fruit and just a hint of acid. Really well balanced.

Silky smooth mouth feel. Nice structure. Well balanced.

Effervescent.
Brett characters on nose.
Juicey, tangy acidity, thicker medium astringency on finish tobacco blackberry.

Very good, but not as rich as Rising Tides. Enjoyed with a steak. Nice long finish but a bit tight. Maybe more time in bottle?
