This wine is fucking amazing. It's 13.2% alcohol. Anyone who says that '11 wasn't a great is out of their mind. Hard, yes, but bad, absolutely not. This crushes almost anything in Burgundy at $175. Bravo, Hirschs and Lemons.

Fine silky texture, I maybe should have let it breathe awhile more before diving in. I want to open another next year and then again in a few more- beautiful with the potential to be truly lovely in a little while.
