Exquisite! All black grapes being this is a blanc de noir, mostly Pinot Noir, but a bit of Gamay. Citrus and cherry on the nose. Getting into the experience, very effervescen, with notes of strawberry jam, and fresh English muffin undertone, with a ruby grapefruit sprinkled in sugar finale. Smells great, feels great, tastes great. Between this and their Rosé crémant, it's hard to decide which is best. An invigorating aperitif or dessert style sparkling wine that would pair well with a fruit topped custard!
