Jan 13th, 2016Pale on initial pour but gains color with air. Nose is trickery but with about an hour of air starts to show some dried red fruits, cranberry leather etc. Delicious with the bolognese mussels at Brasserie Beck. Needs time or a decanter to show is best right now.
