Light Apple nose, apples/pears in the middle and strong lemon pip front, light biscuit back. Pretty gluggable but strong acidity so a tendency to dominate and fatigue.

Clean riesling varietal profile; lemongrass, camomille, lemon juice with a hint of petrole. Mouth in tension and surely a good pairing on choucroute or european style hot-dogs. Buy and re-buy.
