Forest floor, mushrooms, and concentrated earthiness on the nose. On the palate it was a different story- dark red fruit, wonderful balance, and great sense of place. Fantastic Côte de Nuit.

Dec 13th, 2016It's still tight, It might be great to drink in 5 years or so? Burnt cherry, earth, hay, black pepper, and cumin on nose pretty intensely. Darker cherries. Nice vanilla tone at the end.

Rich deep red colour. Fantastic earthy aromas, I get plum, leather, wood smoke, smoked meat, dry fruit, red cherry. Very tender and almost silky, although showed a bit of young age with green bitter tannins on first pour. Let it sit in glass or decant it — gets so much better. Amazing young Burgundy even at village level.

Pale ruby. Nose is strawberry, forest floor, leather. Palate is raspberry, cranberry, leather cinnamon. Medium body and finish. Good wine with potential for aging.
