Save for the excessive acetone aromas, the nose was quite attractive with notes of dried cherries, herbs, and camphor. Palate was predictable austere. Didn’t mind it, but wasn’t the right wine to end the night.

Starts off intense, acetone-y and petrol. Simmers down after the first 2 or 3 sips and is an interesting wine, probably best paired. Was left to air for ~45 mins
