I thought this was a very good wine. Deep purple in colour with a very pronounced intensity on the nose. Strong cooked red fruits (strawberry, cherry) as well as vanilla and cedar from oak coupled with leather and savoury notes from age. Wonderful nose. The pallet doesn't disappoint with Medium (+) alcohol, high yet smooth tannins, medium (+) acid, full bodied with a very long finish. Great wine, could even age it a little longer.
