Balanced cherry cola. A little hot at first- either I got used to it or it blew off. Well made, very fruit focused. I’d cross the street to try it, but wouldn’t walk up a hill (if that makes any sense).

So tasty. Ripe bing cherry, cola, and umami. Beautiful oak presence that is just right. I was caught off guard by how much I love this.

Great purity of cherry fruit, some sweetness, oak, with lingering tannins/fruit on the finish. I think this will improve with time, looking forward to@my next one
