Dark berries galore 🍒🫐, earthy depth, toasted oak 🪵, tobacco leaf, eucalyptus, hints of chocolate 🍫, vanilla, and warm baking spices.
On the palate: Juicy black cherry & blackberry, with a touch of vanilla, strawberry, and a herbaceous lift 🌿.
Full-bodied and structured with firm, silky tannins and a finish that lingers like a great conversation. Long, smooth, and flavorful.
Mouthfeel: Velvety, concentrated, and balanced. Great acidity to lift the rich fruit and add freshness. Drinking beautifully now, but will continue to evolve for a few more years.

Very very interesting. High tannins. Not really what I am personally into but would be excellent with a ribeye or a red sauce pasta dish
