Costasera Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Corvina Blend

Brief notes at a good Italian restaurant in Sanctuary Cove. We don’t often drink Amarone but we love it when we do. Rich and supple, blackberry like liquid Fruit and Nut milk chocolate. Touch of liquorice. An excellent match with Beef Ragu with Pappardelle pasta.

1/2024. Bold. Good fruit. Nice finish. 1/3 bottle left over not as good the next day.

This was a gift and what a wonderful gift. Flavours are. Intense and it just keeps getting better

Spectacular with the best friends in the world. They are family.

Mighty tasty. Haven’t had an Amarone in a while. Lots of ripe plum and cherry. Has a dried herb component. Smooth and delicious.

Pleasant enough

Nose is dark cherries, thyme, plum
Flavor: Tart red fruits, medium acidity, light tannins. Light bodied. Savory while still having juiciness.
