Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

In 1958, Masi was in the forefront of the work to identify the historic "cru" vineyard sites for Amarone. In 1964, Campofiorin was the first in reinventing the technique of double fermentation Found another bottle in my cellar. Deep red with full ripe black and red fruit aromas. This Ripasso style wine offers intense flavors of blackberry, cherry and plum, with sweet vanilla, and cinnamon spice notes. Soft tannins, the finish had great length ending with chewy fruit characteristics. Nice drinking wine.

Really well balanced. Would pair extremely well with meat or Bolognese. Plums.
