Tart citrus, hint of sea salt, clean minerality, zippy acidity.

Lemon/ citrus pith and explosive acidity. All with a light/ medium body. Right up my alley.

Drinking in its prime: wonderful rendition of Napa Chard - a tad fleshy, with some bright juicy acidity - lemon curd, butter, and honey notes. Simple, to the point, and elegant.

Love this. I grab a bottle of this gem every chance I get.
