Firing on all cylinders. Its shed a little fat, impeccably fresh and beaming with acid and pure fruits. Meyer lemon, lime, ripe apple/pear, touch of curd and toasted nuts, there’s some saltiness here too. Really lovely

Such an amazing producer. Tasted blind, the generous chalkiness led me to white burgundy. Man was I wrong. Clean and direct fruit, neutral oak. New world done in an old world style.

A great example of what is possible with a. Little restraint ;) Refreshingly bright melon white nectarine, palate vibrant and balanced fantastic balance and purity of fruit.
