Gran Reserva Mendoza Malbec

2011 vintage. Disappointing given the 92 points advertised. Would not buy again

2011. 12 years old. Not bad for price. Not a 92 like Robert Parker awarded.

Hints of pomegranate, cherries, and oak. Dry, not very enthralling.

Good juice for the price.

Good, but a little over rated

If you like Malbec , it's good. - bit on the dry side but tasty. I agree with the earthy description

Oscar brought back from nyc. We both really liked it.

Lots of jammy dark fruit. Could use a touch more acidity to help balance it out more.

Very fruit forward. Taste of blackberry and a hint of grapefruit. Smooth and slightly sweet. Used with a Decatur
