A little more round than I am used to from a sparkling. But not unexpected based on Merry's profile, though it may just be the late disgorged aspect. Red fruit and yeast. Drink now

We purchased the last two bottles when we were there and it was quite a surprise! Almost had a hit of robustness to it before the dry finish. Hint of fruit and earth.
