Réserve Alsace AOC Pinot Gris

Awesome food wine 👌🏻

Tropical nose with lychee and ripe peaches. Really nice weight on the palate. Viscous but not over the top. Really tasty.

Sweeter than I normally like but overall a good wine. Drank with dinner of eggplant tagine.

flowers, lemon lime, minerals.

Petrol & white flowers, a little RS

Concrete and barrel fermentation. High acid for Pinot Gris. Off dry, rich mouth feel, notes of Asian pear. Elegant and easy drinking. Lovely.

Clean and crisp. Excellent with seafood, salads and light cheeses
