On the nose cherry, black fruits, vanilla, touch of cedar, medium bodied palate with blackberry, earthy notes, fine acidity and balance. And an urban legend : every year wine inexplicably vanished from the barrels, the monks who made the wines believed the angels having their part of the wine 😇
